FAQ
The real questions
Do I earn more than on other platforms?
It depends on what you compare it with. You pay Yuroma 5% of each sale, with no monthly fee and no signup cost. Separately, Mercado Pago charges its fee for processing the payment, as it does for any store that takes Mercado Pago. To compare, check the other platform's own commission and whether it has a monthly fee, and put that next to our 5%. We do not quote other platforms' numbers because they change and are not ours.
How long until my first sale?
You can configure a store and sell eligible physical products, downloads, memberships and communities. Each one must pass its own checks (a verified Telegram group for memberships and communities); bank payouts depend on your Mercado Pago account's schedule.
How do I receive my money?
You connect your payment account and direct charges enter that account. Yuroma receives exactly 5% of the product amount; the processor separately charges its published fee to the seller account. Checkout, order bumps, attribution and post-payment server-side Purchase are included. Pre-purchase marketing remains off.
What about taxes?
Each seller is responsible for their own taxes. We give you the history and receipts of your sales so your accountant has everything on hand. This is general information, not tax advice.
And if I don't sell anything?
You pay nothing. Zero monthly fee, zero signup cost. We only charge when you charge.
Do I need to be technical?
You do not need code. To charge for a physical product you need an enabled country and Mercado Pago account, an active variant and reservable inventory; to charge for a download, its verified file; to charge for a membership or community, a Telegram group where the Yuroma bot is an administrator.
Which countries can I get paid in?
A seller can charge only when the country, Mercado Pago account and currency are eligible and the product passes the gates for its type. Availability is not worldwide and does not follow from signup alone.
How do I deliver my product?
The seller handles shipping for each physical product. Paid memberships and communities are delivered in verified Telegram groups; email is supplemental.
Can I offer refunds?
Each seller publishes their terms. The buyer may request a review, but Yuroma does not promise automatic approval or move seller principal.
