Yuroma pilot purchase controls
Eligible physical purchases use Stripe direct charges. This page separates those controls from features that are not active yet.
Yuroma does not hold seller money. When opening, the first chargeable category will be physical and each direct charge will enter the seller's enabled account; today no commercial purchase is presented as available.
What will open after the gates pass
Applicable request terms
An eligible purchase allows a request to be recorded without promising approval. The seller decides it under their published terms and applicable law. Paid memberships and communities remain closed.
Report a problem
For an existing historical or future order, its private page can record a problem and contact the seller; email is supplemental and can be quota-limited.
Returns (physical products)
An eligible physical order can request an RMA under the seller's policy. Yuroma provides no prepaid label, and the seller decides and issues any refund from their account.
Refunds
The seller processes a refund from the account that received the direct charge. Yuroma reconciles only its own fee when a confirmed event and the applicable policy require it.
Secure payment
When opening, Stripe will process the direct charge in the seller account and Yuroma will not store full card details. There is no commercial charge during the pilot.
Last resort: your bank
If a charge exists and no agreement is reached, legal rights and a dispute with the bank or issuer remain available; they resolve it with the processor.
Status by product type
The public pilot is physical only; every other type remains closed.

What is planned for an eligible physical order
- Visible seller terms before and after purchase.
- A private page to report problems and preserve evidence.
- An RMA request for physical goods when policy allows it.
- A Stripe direct charge in the seller's account.
- Reconciliation of Yuroma's own fee after a confirmed refund.
What it is NOT
- It is not escrow: Yuroma does not hold, freeze or "keep" your money.
- It is not a guarantee backed by platform funds: the refund is executed by the seller, not Yuroma.
- It does not replace the seller's policy or your legal consumer rights.
- It does not promise a buyer's-remorse refund outside the published terms, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
To be clear: these paths are not a guarantee fund. For an eligible physical purchase, payment goes to the seller's Stripe account and, when due, the seller issues the refund.
Frequently asked questions
Does Yuroma hold my money until I receive the product?
No. Yuroma is not escrow. When opening, the direct charge goes to the seller account; when a refund is due, the seller issues it from that account.
How long do I have to request a refund?
An eligible physical order will show the terms published by the seller; non-waivable legal rights also apply. Paid memberships and communities remain closed.
How do I report a problem?
From the private page of an existing order or your account, open "Report a problem". Email is supplemental, not the only access authority.
What if the seller doesn't respond?
Reporting a problem puts your case on record. As a last resort, you can dispute the charge with your card's bank or issuer.
Are the products guaranteed by Yuroma?
No. Each seller is responsible for the product, description, and shipping. Yuroma provides the platform and evidence paths; it does not fund a guarantee or refund seller principal.
